Event Attire

Coordinate your gala attire with us to amplify the excitement! Theme colors: Purple & Gold. Formal Tuxedos and Gowns. Semi-Formal Attire Accepted.

Event Gala Meal

Your menu options for the gala meal include chicken, beef or vegan. You will have the option to provide your selection at ticket checkout.

Event Tickets & Reserved Seating

Tickets Are Available online thru April 1. Advance Purchase Required. Guaranteed Seating Available! You will have the option to view and choose where you want sit at the gala event!
$100 General. $200 Premier. $300 V.I.P. per person seating is available.
Access to this event is already included, If you are participating in the conference and have a BTAC General, Team, Parent & Kid or VIP registration.

Event Schedule

Pre-Event Red VIP Reception 6:00 pm
Carpet Photos 6:30 pm.
Doors open at 7:30 pm.
Ceremony begins at 8:00 pm.
Dance Party immediately after ceremony until 12
