BTAC Conference Vendor Connection Information and Rates
The BTAC Annual Conference offers an excellent opportunity for vendors/exhibitors to outreach and network with conference attendees through information tables and exhibits.
Several events and amenities throughout the conference attract attendees into the BTAC Vendor Connection providing a chance to sell your product and/or service or to share our organizations’s important work. The vendor/exhibitor area is most active between workshop sessions, before and after meals, and during conference breaks.
Most of our vendors return year after year because of their great success as a vendor at the BTAC Conference. Connect with the Black Transgender community, GET YOUR BUSINESS NOTICED!
Vendor tables are available on a first come, first serve basis. This page will no longer be available once max allowed of tables is reached.
Vendor Connection Schedule:
Hours: Wed-Fri 9AM-4PM.
Daily set-up: 8-no later than 9AM. Daily take-down: begins 3:45PM. No early take downs.
Vendor Connection Rates
$25 General Shared Table
$75 per day or $150 Three Day Discount Small Non-Profit, Trans Owned Group/Organization/Business
$125 per day or $325 Three Day Discount 501(c)3 Non-Profit Group/Organization
$200 per day or $475 Three Day Discount For-Profit Group/Organization
Vendor Connection Package include:
6′ skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, basic hotel electricity and internet connection.
Access to all education programming including keynote address
Access to all non-ticketed social events
All vendors/exhibitors receive the following visibility:
Listing in the online Exhibitor Directory
Listing in the printed program if table is purchased, paid for in full, prior to the printed program deadline of March 1, 2020
Opportunity to host giveaway(s) at your table
Opportunity to share 10-15 minute presentation about your product or service in a public forum
Opportunity to publish Flyer or 1 page/brochure printed material about company in conference attendee bag + $75
Each vendor representative must be registered to participate in the conference at either a zero fee basic or paid all access registration. Your badge should be worn at all times during the conference
BTAC will designate a point of contact for vendors
When you arrive to the hotel, please check in at the conference registration desk for information, conference badge and table location help.
There is free parking at the hotel. If you park at the back of the building you will be closer to the lobby setup
The vendor connection will be located in the main lobby.
You will have a place card with your company name printed on it and it will be placed on your assigned table.
