Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering at the 10th Annual Black Trans Advocacy Conference April 25-30th at the Hilton DoubleTree Dallas near the Galleria. We have several volunteer opportunities ranging from 1-4 hour shifts available for you to choose from.

*Special Notes:
  • Pre-Conference volunteer opportunities on Wednesday, April 19th will be located at BTAC’s Office.
  • Pre-Conference volunteer opportunities on Monday, April 24th Volunteers will be split between locations at the hotel and BTAC’s Office.
  • Awards Gala Volunteers will need Black Tie Attire/All Black Semi-Formal Attire on Friday, April 28th.
  • Family Day Volunteers will be split between locations at the hotel and Circle R Ranch on Saturday, April 29th.
