We’re Celebrating Our 15th Year of Serving the Black Trans Community!  This Year BTAC Goes Big Easy and is more than a conference—it’s a retreat-style experience designed to support healing, growth, and collective freedom across mind, body, and soul.

Full Conference Registation

BTAC26 Full Conference Registration Fee: $450

Your conference registration includes full access to all daytime programming, conference meals, an optional Certificate opportunity, and featured conference events

Conference registration does not automatically reserve tickets for evening events. All attendees must RSVP for each featured event they plan to attend so we can plan food, seating, and space responsibly

Early registration discounts are available. Registration rates increase as the conference approaches to support planning, staffing, and on-site costs.

The Astor Crowne Plaza French Quarter is the official host hotel for the 13th National Black Trans Advocacy Conference & Awards Gala. Discounted hotel reservations are available exclusively to full conference registrants—so you can stay close, rest well, and truly enjoy the Big Easy.

This hotel block is reserved for participants engaged in the full BTAC26 experience. Offering a discounted rate helps protect limited rooms for conference attendees and supports a smoother, more connected week. Staying at the host hotel makes it easier to move between sessions, arrive on time, recharge between events, and fully immerse yourself in the experience without added stress.
