Renae Taylor is a 48-year-old Black, Disabled Non-Binary Trans Organizer located in Memphis, Tennessee. Renae uses they and she pronouns.

Renae Taylor originates from the city of Tupelo, MS. They are currently an Assistant Program Manager at WeCareTN. She is a consultant for the Transgender Community and has been advocating since 2000, traveling around the world advocating for transgender rights, needs, and visibility. They are an HIV Prevention Educator and Activist associated with many HIV prevention organizations. Renae has also participated in the local Black Lives Matter Chapter in Memphis as a member. Renae also worked with the state of TN as a member of the regional planning group as part of their HIV prevention program.

Renae Taylor is a self-professed social justice aficionado. They are also a National Advisory Board Member of Positively Trans. Renae believes in the right to be Sex Positive and Reproductive Rights that aren’t criminalized and stigmatized.

Renae is seeking an Equitable Future for all Black and Brown people with multiple identities that intersect not to simply survive, but to thrive in their current environment.
