Be A BTAC26

Conference Vendor

We are committed to making this conference possible year after year—and your participation as a vendor helps carry the journey forward. Every contribution, no matter the size, supports a community-centered experience where people can gather, recharge, and connect with businesses and organizations that are invested in freedom, care, and collective growth.

The BTAC25 Scholarship Opportunity Is Now Closed!

Applications will reopen in October for BTAC26

We are thrilled to announce that the
BTAC2026 Conference Partnership and
Vendor Opportunity is now open!

Black Trans Advocacy Coalition invites vendors to journey with us during BTAC26. In the spirit of Rooted Liberation: The Big Easy Journey to Peace Within & Freedom Together, vendor participation offers a unique opportunity to showcase your products or services, build meaningful relationships, and increase visibility with a deeply engaged community.

As trans communities continue to navigate systemic challenges, your presence as a vendor signals visible support and allyship—letting attendees know which businesses and organizations are showing up for the community in real ways. Your participation helps sustain connection, trust, and access. We THANK YOU in advance for being part of this journey and for your contributions.

If you want to learn or impact our Black Trans Community, you need to be at events where we gather and talk about our issues.

Vendor Information/Details

he BTAC Annual Conference offers vendors and exhibitors a meaningful opportunity to connect, engage, and build relationships with conference attendees through information tables and interactive exhibits. Our Vendor Connection space is intentionally designed to support outreach, visibility, and authentic engagement with the Black trans community.

With multiple events, meals, and conference breaks throughout the week, attendees naturally flow through the vendor area—creating consistent opportunities to share your work, promote your services, and sell products in a welcoming environment. The vendor space is most active between workshop sessions, before and after meals, and during scheduled breaks.

Many of our vendors return year after year because of the strong connections and real impact they experience at BTAC. If you’re looking to connect with the Black transgender community and get your business or organization noticed, BTAC26 is the place to be.
