General Support Sponsorship opportunities are available across six levels, ranging from $2,500 to $100,000, and every contribution towards our $200,000 conference budget helps carry this service forward.
BTAC26 is a five-day, retreat-style conference centered on advocacy, empowerment, and peace within and freedom together. Education sponsorship helps make this affirming experience accessible by supporting Trans Empowerment and Host Committee Scholarships and covering presenter conference registrations—together allowing us to support 40 attendees.
Education Support Sponsorship opportunities are available across six levels, ranging from $2,500 to $100,000. Every contribution toward our $35,000 conference education support budget helps carry this service—and this community—forward.
Hospitality & Technology sponsorship helps power the experience of BTAC26—supporting both the care and infrastructure that make a national gathering possible. Technology sponsorship funds essential software, production, media, photography, and videography, while hospitality sponsorship supports four shared general-session meals for 200 participants, creating space for nourishment and connection throughout the week.
Technology Sponsorship support of $35,000 and Meal Sponsorship support of $40,000 are needed to fully sustain this experience.

The BTAC Scholarship Fundraiser provides an opportunity to mobilize community support to make a tax-deductible contribution toward the scholarship fund for hotel stays and registration fees, helping to remove financial barriers to attending the national conference. Individuals and organizations may contribute what they can towards the scholarship fund.
