BTAC 2025 Room Share Program
The National Black Trans Advocacy Conference is proud to offer a low-cost lodging option for Black trans attendees through our Room Share Program.

• Affordable Accommodation: Stay for 5 or 6 nights at a reduced rate
• Comfortable Hotel Accommodations: Each participant will have their own queen bed in a shared hotel room.
• Shared Living Space: Rooms are shared with one other person, with just two people per room to ensure privacy and comfort.
• Individual Access: Each guest will receive their own room key for added convenience.
• Gender-Based Pairing: Roommates will be paired by gender to promote a safe and welcoming environment.
