Black Trans Advocacy is happy to announce an invitation for workshop proposals for the 7th Annual National Black Trans Advocacy Conference. BTAC provides thought-provoking and stimulating forum opportunities for educators of all disciplines and experience levels to share practical ideas and best practices that will help advance black trans equality. Black Trans Advocacy invites proposals for sessions and individual presentations that are particularly focused on ending the disparities faced by the black transgender community in education, employment, housing, health care, religion and public policy.
“If you want to learn or impact our Black Trans Community, you need to be at events where we gather and talk about our issues” (Monica Roberts).
